This is my second time photographing this gorgeous DC area family, and little Will gets cuter and cuter! (The two teeth on the bottom? Please, clutch my heart he’s too adorable!) Will is on the edge of turning the big ONE year and to commemorate, we had a little adventure on our hands! The downpour and subsequent flooding of downtown Alexandria, VA put a little obstacle in our plans, in the way of a flooded downtown waterfront! No sweat for Will, though…we found some good locations up high and shot away!
Love these next ones! They are a terrific, fun, beautiful family…and can I just give them the best dressed award now? They brought some serious spring style! (I’ll do like they do on the red carpet… “and Will is wearing Ralph Lauren tonight….”)
We snuck into a fancy hotel in downtown Alexandria and took quick shots before changing into the casual outfits. The light here is very dramatic and we got some unique shots…this is all natural light and the colors turned out quite moody with the light bouncing around the dark walls…
Outfit change and casual wear… the hat, the Rolling Stones tee and the jeans… mom and dad know how to make Will a scene stealer! (Love mom’s look at the camera on the right shot — sigh, lovely)
